Partner Program has been launched to help the Company
gain a foothold in new markets as well as penetrate
further into existing ones. A Business Partner could
be an Industry Expert (individual) who has an in-depth
knowledge of a specific market, with who ii works
closely to map out the IT requirements of that industry
and develop value propositions for our services.
Using the indiviual's industry contacts, the experts
then sells our value propositions to the prospective
clients.
A Business partner could well be an IT services
company serving an existing set of customers in
a given territory. In the case of IT-related companies,
ii offers its pool of on-site resources as well
as its offshore facilities and methodologies to
the Partner's existing customers. More often than
not, the lack of availability of local resources
limits our Partners' growth potential. Leveraging
our resources and their knowledge of the local
IT needs, we work closely to sell our skills to
the market. If managed effectively, such an arrangement
can lead to a win-win situation for both partners.
