The scope of the project is clearly
defined before the start of the Project Initiation
Project Plan is laid down based
on the scope
Two PMs are allocated to the
Project - one Onsite and one Offshore PM, who
is stationed at the Client site to ensure the
smooth functioning of the Project
The Onsite PM in consultation
with the Client freezes the Requirement and
inturn co-ordinates with the offshore PM
Regular Project Meetings happen
between the both Project Managers when the Project
Status is reviewed and the Action plan is laid
out
The Onsite PM would inturn update
the Client with the Project status
Iterations/ Deviations from
the laid Project Plan would be accommodated
after a brief study of the impact on the final
solution and a new Project Plan would be laid
out or changes would be made to the existing
project plan
On completion of the project
the acceptance testing is done by the client
with the assistance of the Onsite PM and the

The Final deployment at

User Acceptance Testing
