• Identify and Initiate projects.
  
• Determine projected costs, deliverables, timelines, feasibility, etc.
  
• Develop accurate project plans, appropriate resource allocation based on project size, scope and complexity.
  
• Manage and monitor project performance and provide guidance to the management and core team.
  
• Execute projects and report status to customers, project team, management, and other key staff.
• Identify, communicate and effectively manage changes in the project.
• Oversee product documentation and adhere to the Project Management standards for project closure.

Education Qualification

• BE / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc (Cs)
  

Experience
Minimum 8 years of enriched IT experience with at least 2 years of Project Management experience in MS technologies.

Skill Sets

• Provide training and support to project teams; review and manage integration of team members, work.
  
• PMI certification would be an advantage.
  
• Strong foundation in Software development, Project, Testing Lifecycles & exposure to quality processes (ISO).
