Sriram started his career with Hewlett-Packard JV in the Strategy & Consulting practice, rising quickly through the ranks. He left a promising career there to establish a non-profit to aid victims of a natural calamity that occurred in Orissa, India in late 1999. An avid believer of the power of the world wide web, he used the power of internet to raise significant sum of funds for the victims - a global community of 18 million was built in just 45 days through Cause an Effect foundation. This effort won him the prestigious Kauffman Community Award for ‘Social Entrepreneurship’ in the year 2004.
Spurred by this success, he founded India’s first full-cycle interactive agency, iridiumInteractive in 2000 and is working on building the Enterprise Consulting and Web Accessibility practice.
Sriram is an alumnus of MIT, USA with bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration.
Bharathi started her career with a leading Accounting Consulting firm before co-founding iridiumInteractive and Cause an effect foundation. From inception, she has been actively driving the CSR activities of iridiumInteractive along with the Corporate finance. She was a nominee for Athena international award for advancing womens leadership.
Bharathi has been driving the eLearning and Content development practice of iridiumInteractive from 2005.
She is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
Manish has over 12 years of experience in the areas of Web Consulting, Online Communities building, Web 2.0 and creating WoW! Experiences and building brands online.
As part of the core team, he has been associated with iridium from inception and is behind most of the award winning work from Iridium. He has worked with some of the leading global brands across Asia, Europe and North America.
He keeps a tab on current trends and defines the strategic road map of online business for customers and is involved in translating that vision to reality.
Manish hold a Bachelors Degree In Electornics, Post Gradudation in New Media and MBA in Advertising Management.

Sreekanth spearheads the Microsoft & CRM Practice. He has over 18 years of expertise in Architecting and Envisioning web applications and has proven success in delivering business critical solutions for industry leaders. He has extensive experience in successfully leveraging the onsite-offshore global delivery model and setting up of "Offshore Delivery Centers (ODC)" for various customers.
With his Technical and management leadership Sreekanth has successfully led many initiatives in cutting edge technologies including Salesforce, on-demand & on-premise CRM applications. Has extensively used the Agile Development processes like SCRUM.
Nayak plays a critical role in translating the visual designs and digital blueprints into tangible products on the ground using his technology prowess ensuring timely client deliveries. With over 18+ years of experience in product engineering, technology architecture, delivering client server and enterprise applications in Open source technologies. He is currently spearheading the Google apps practice and working closely with Google team.
Harsh is an experienced industry professional with over twenty five years of general management experience at the national and international level. During this time he has worked at multinational organizations such as Unilever Plc and Motorola Inc. He has also been the President of Corporate Strategy at Reliance Industries.
Harsh was the founder CEO of Meadowood Global Inc, a strategy consulting firm from Chicago which he managed and lead to successful acquisition. He has also been part of a few other successful startups.
Harsh is a management graduate and has a Ph.D. from the United Kingdom
Chris Feola was the founding director of The Media Center at American Press Institute, one of the industry’s major think tanks, and taught at the graduate level at Columbia and Indiana universities, among others. Technology industry leadership positions include membership on the CIO Magazine Executive Programs Advisory Board Vice President/Technology, Belo Interactive, and Executive Vice President/CIO of askSam Systems.
His various accomplishments include: two granted patents, and 10 additional pending and being named one of the 50 most influential people in new media by Online Journalism Review
